At EnfraUSA, we know your time is valuable so our Human Resources Team goes the extra mile to make sure that when we present you with a candidate, we can stand behind that individual 100%.
Since providing talented professionals is our business, we cut no corners in the hiring process. It begins with building a database of skilled candidates. Our screening process is more rigorous than many of the world’s leading corporations. All the candidates we recruit must have 4-year college degrees, experience or training from a US Fortune 1000 company, and a skill set that matches our clients’ specific requirements. By putting in all this work in on the front end of the hiring process, we make things a lot less tedious and time consuming for our clients.
However, our work doesn’t end once the perfect candidate is chosen. We also manage the day-to-day HR tasks that take up a significant amount of time and money when performed in-house. Tasks such as paperwork processing, payroll administration, medical benefits and insurance management, sick day and vacation tracking, workplace environment and team building, and hiring and firing are all taken care of with EnfraUSA.

The EnfraUSA Human Resources Team provides the following:
- Database of Candidates: before we even send the first candidate for our clients to interview, we have already put our candidates through a rigorous hiring process. Our team writes job postings, reviews resumes, and tracks and updates candidates’ profiles. All in an effort to bring you the very best people for the least amount of cost or effort on your part.
- Candidate Screening: in order for individuals to be accepted into our database, they need to undergo a series of interviews, a background check, and employment verification to determine if they possess the right mix of attitude, experience, skills and knowledge to successfully fulfill our client’s requirements.
- Industry Specific Due Diligence: to attract the best and brightest individuals in each industry, we assess historical compensation, industry average compensation along with bonus and benefits package and develop an overall compensation package that puts the best talent in front of our clients.
- Payroll: we handle payroll and payroll taxes, government mandatory deductions and other items as specified by the Philippine Labor Code.
- Medical Benefits and Insurance Administration: leveraging economies of scale, EnfraUSA offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to attract and retain the best talent in whatever industries our clients may be hiring for.
